This large apartment is accessed via the entrance hall leading to the first floor with an entrance into a very large lounge incorporating the main dining area. The picture window offers spectacular views over Saundersfoot beach, the harbour and bay. A French door leads to a balcony ideal for relaxing in the sun.

The large, fully fitted oak kitchen has a superb view over the beach and is fully equiped, and also contains a small breakfast bar.

There are two very large bedrooms and, if required, there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge to accomodate larger parties.The bathroom has a bath, shower and wash hand basin.There is a separate toilet. The apartment is heated throughout.
